I Let It Fall: My Heart.

There are only so many times we can do the same thing over and over before we come to the realization that we have gone mad.

Perhaps I am mad.

Who I Am

The thing about reading on an iPad, or kindle, or nook is that when the tears fall on the screen you wipe them away frantically and the page turns and the zoom messes up and the brightness goes wonky. When I look back at my paperback 20 years from now, I’ll see those ink smudges and remember exactly what I felt when I read those words.

There’s also the fact that eBooks are single handedly burning print out of existence. This is why I’m trying my hardest to someday (by 2020, friends) to open a publishing/printing house here in Kansas City. It’s going to be 100% green — powered by solar panels, recycled products, etc.

I’m going to call it “Believe Publishing.” And I will publish anything. From cookbooks to YA Lit; from romance to spiritual. Horror. Whatever your hearts content.

Of course, that’s a little naive, but for right now, that’s what happening in my future. I might have to cut back on certain aspects, but that’s the dream. :)
